　　I can't believed that those island beingoccupied by chinese are so closed to the the Philippines and 600 miles fromchina, how did this happen? those Island if surveyed are part of Philippinesarchipelago. UN should take over these Island until UN (with their unlimitedfunds) can survey the area and decide who these islands belongs to. Fair butnot so simple because UN lost their capability to promote peace throughout theworld. If the geographical surveyor of oceans can see the deepest trench,marianas and do ocean maps, why can't they find out who these Island belongs toin term of sub surface Island chain?
