Manila lead counsel Paul Reichler said in an interview withthe Asia Maritime Transparency Initiative that China is expected to "ventquite a bit" if the tribunal sides with the Philippines.

"By defying a judgment, particularly if it's aunanimous judgment, particularly if it's well-reasoned, if it's well-explainedand if it is understood and supported by the international community... Chinawill be branded... an international outlaw state," Reichler said.
Reichler說(shuō),“拒絕判決,尤其是拒絕一個(gè)一致通過(guò)的、一個(gè)論據(jù)充分的、一個(gè)解釋合理的、一個(gè)得到國(guó)際社會(huì)理解并支持的判決,中國(guó)必會(huì)被打上“國(guó)際逃犯”的烙印。”
